I first found out about Peek & Cloppenburg's Management Trainee program when I was searching for job openings on a career website. I applied online and a few weeks later a lady from HR called me and offered me an interview. In order to prepare for it, I did some research on the company.
When I arrived for the interview, I noticed that the reception was polite but rather cool. My general impression of the company's office was that it seemed to be quite sterile, dull and grey. The atmosphere felt pretty oppressive and unpleasant to me.
