The interview process started with a recruiter who made it sound like Pega basically was trying to buy a rolodex. Very sleasy, wanted to know all my accounts etc. The manager seemed nice enough, at first, very smooth talking, seemed to really be interested. So then these idiots fly me out on Superbowl Sunday, I miss the game, spend a day at HQ having 5 different people ask me why I wanted to join Pega. Huh? Not one of these people even attempted to sell me on why I should want to join Pega. Yest they were the ones recruiting me. Very arrogant, very pushy. Sounded like the kind of job where they all blame the salesperson because their business isn't so great. Then, after wasting all my time, they offered the job to an internal candidate or referral.
I'd steer cleer of this outfit. Bad reputation, didn't have a good feel to it, and I would not have wanted to work there even if I'd gotten an offer. I have heard, and it was my impression that there is a lot of employ churn at Pega.
