Interviewed Jun 2009 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
Very easy interview, the manager who hired me was more interested in having more of a personal conversation than asking me about my qualifications or abilities. I think that the hiring process was very easy overall. Interestingly enough though, I caught sight of her notes about me during the interview, and she stated "very cute." Is this common practice in interviews, to judge future employees on how attractive they are? This does not seem like fair practice.

I was not able to negotiate. I was told that I would make the amount that I was hired at, despite my experience.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
