Interview Details – The interview was done by 8-10 people in a conference room. They all went around one by one asking interview questions.
Negotiation Details – They gave me the highest of the salary range, but I was moving from out of state to take this job.

Interview Details – The department I interviewed with was solely responsible for their hiring, except for the background and drug test. This was a benefit because they fully understood my role and my experience... HR involvement would have been detrimental I think. A lot fo the questions were situation, so I had to share a lot about my previous experience.
