Probably one of the toughest interviews I've had as a graduating senior. They start with first round campus/phone interviews and then select around 20 candidates to send to Riverside for a 4 hour interview round that involves 4 different interviews (2 HR and 2 senior managers) followed by a plant tour.
Overall looks like a great company if you're willing to get your hands dirty and work your ass off. Compensation is typically 50k to start with a signing bonus.
