Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 months)
Very positive and timely initial stages - HR recruiter and hiring manager. On-site interview at HQ was pleasant and what one would expect. They use a "Day in the Life" case study and each interview seems to focus in on one or two aspects. The only negative part was that there was no feedback given and I did not hear back from them for over a month after the on-site.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Johnstown, PA (took 2 days)
Consisted of 2 days. Thursday night was a networking event over dinner with the interviewers followed by a case study. Friday consisted of 2 interviews, a resume review and a sales scenario. The interviews asked situational and behavioral questions. "It's 4th of July weekend and a large account called you to tell you that the product had run out on the floor and your merchandiser (who stocks the floor with the product) is not answering his phone, what do you do?" Basically they are looking for someone who will do anything and everything possible for Pepsi. The basic behavioral questions were asked during the interviews. The sales scenario is set up so you are talking with 2 people and are trying to sell them something. They give you a handout with everything they expect to hear in the sales scenario. Everyone seemed very nice and laid back throughout the process. They are looking for people that are eager to work and promote Pepsi, and also devote their life to the company. No thanks.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Application: Submitted an online application and was contacted by a corporate recruiter shortly after.
First Round: Phone interview with corporate recruiter. The recruiter walked through my resume in a very detailed way and we discussed nearly every bullet. It seemed casual and all of the questions focused around what was listed on my resume. This lasted nearly an hour.
Second Round: Onsite visit at HQ in New York with four hour long face to face interviews with Directors and VPs. Each interviewer had behavior based questions focused on a specific target area. There was also one interview based on a case scenario - pretty basic stuff. No questions were out of the ordinary or unexpected. The office seemed very formal and everyone was pleasant and seemed happy to be at work.
Recommendation: Research the website and find out what's important to them. From this, you will be able to anticipate the interview questions.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in McKeesport, PA (took 2 days)
It was long but very informative. Employer provide excellent information to make sure it was the right fit for me. Employer gave a very detailed description of what the job entaled as well as providing a list of all products and services on what the company sells. Interviewer was very friendly and created a very laid back approach to the interview process.
