Interviewed Apr 2010 in Whippany, NJ (took a day)
The first process of the job application started with a phone interview. After the phone interview was a background check, then a skills test which involved lifting light weights up to 35 pounds. Once you pass the first 3 stages you were given an interview face-to-face then a drug test.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Summerville, SC (took 2 days)
During the phone interview I was asked three questions which didn't seem to have much to do with the position. Actually I don't think the interviewer was listening as I could hear her typing. The 1:1 was similar. There were specific, structured questions which, in my opinion, didn't reflect my ability to "stock shelves". Nevertheless, I was offered a position. I suppose I at least answered those questions correctly. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. The office was dirty however this is a manufacturing environment. The management may be great however, I worked there for two months without any communication. This seemed odd due to the fact I was told that they have difficulty keeping people in this position. If that is the case, it would make sense to check in on your employees to ensure they are satisfied in their employment. I will continue to do this work until I can discover a better opportunity. I will not pursue advancement within this organization.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Johnstown, PA (took 1+ week)
First you apply online. then you are given a phone interview where they ask personality questions. You are told of the per hr rate your responsibilities and they ask if you are willing. Once that is done they set up a face to face where you do the whole thing over again until you get the job.. there is also a physical that you must take along with drug testing and background checks.

It was an phone interview that was done by a temp firm, very unprofessional and useless because they knew nothing about the position and could not answer any questions about it.
