Interviewed Nov 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
First there was an on campus interview. Then they flew me out to Chicago for a 2 day interview process. Interviewed with 3 different people and did a sales presentation. Pepsi sends you the sales scenario before you arrive at the interview site. While giving your sales pitch make sure to look for ques they will give to close the sales. You don't have to get through your whole sales pitch to sell them on your idea. Make sure to be creative in your negotiation tactics because they are looking to see how you can negotiate with a client to get more floor space for their products. At the end of the day Pepsi takes groups of people into separate rooms and does a group resume review. Its easy to talk about yourself when your one on one with an interviewer but be ready to highlight yourself clearly in front of a large group of people.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I applied through a staffing agency. I had two sets of interviews. I had one interview for a particular job. The interviewer liked my skills, so she referred me to another department. I had two group interviews. I reviewed information about the company, and the personalities they look for. Dress professionally and arrive early.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
I first saw pepsico when I was a sophomore in college and by the time my senior year came around I was very interested in meeting with them. They were creating a very good fast track program to upper management and I was interested. Nothing really came out of it.
