Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
Local HR guy brought me in for an informal interview. He basically asked me questions relating to my previous employment. I was asked to return at a later date to interview with the hiring manager. That's when things took a turn for the worse. First, the man was chewing gum during the interview, something I felt was very unprofessional. Then came the only three questions he asked me. "Are you married? Do you have any kids? How much money does your wife make?" Evidently he wasn't aware such questions are forbidden during an interview. After pinning me down to a starting dollar amount, he hired me. I left feeling a sense of desperation in his hiring of me.
Negotiation Details
Do your research on how much money similar places are paying. While most places may take some consideration before hiring you, this company goes through people so fast they want to lock you in as quickly as possible.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Marion, IL (took 2 days)
The company keeps a constant posting offering a territory sales rep position. The first interview was with lower HR rep consisting of about a 20 minute conversation and two lengthy computer tests. The second interview was with HR manager. Both HR reps were "intentionally vague", in their words, in order to best dictate how the hiring process is undertaken. There was another gentlemen interviewing the same day and he neither knew what jobs were open. After five hours of total interviewing, I still never found out what positions in the company were actually available. It soon became clear (or not so soon in my case) that they resume hoard with potentially no real opportunities available. Disappointing to say the least.
