Easy inteview. Met with Hiring Manager and team members I would be working with.

I only negotiated the salary and it wasn't difficult. I would advise others, never to sell out for what you really want.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Cedar Rapids, IA (took 2 days)
Posted a job inquiry in newspaper. Waited outside of Pepsi Americas for 3 hours, only accepted the first 20 people waiting in line. Then did the interview with several individuals. I completed a personalty test to see if I was it for what they were looking for. The whole process might of taken 4 days
