    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at PepsiCo in November 2011.

    Interview Details

    Frito-Lay did a wonderful job recruiting. We first had interviews with 2 people on campus, then about a month later we were flown to Texas. The first night they had a dinner with lots of HR employees and executives at Frito. Then we had 3 - 45 minute interviews which were standard behavioral interviews. We also were given the opportunity to tour a manufacturing facility. Overall it was a great experience.
