Great interview process, organized and managed well. A little lengthy considering the position I was applying for, but a company can never be too safe in regards to who they hire.

3 stage process--stage 1 is a phone interview--one person on the phone asking behavioral questions--stage 2 is video interview--3 people sit in the interview and all ask you behavioral questions and stage 3 is final interview--3 interviews--all one on one interview before offering the job. I got an offer from Frito-Lay in Perry, GA. I think the interview process in simple. They will ask about the company. Do your homework on the company. Also make sure you are prepared for behavioral questions. 90% of the questions are behavioral and rest is just general.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at PepsiCo.

Met representatives at a college campus information session, everybody who attended was granted an interview. First interview was on campus, two PepsiCo associates that asked behavioral questions (biggest achievement, strengths and weaknesses, working in a team, etc.), pretty low key. I received a call about a week later and my next interview was on-site.

Went on-site and had a panel interview with four employees, more behavioral questions but some technical about LSS.

Lengthy Interview process that can be broken into several days with several people. Sometimes it can be one-on-one interviews and sometimes a large panel of people. HR makes a lot of promises and offer you the world, but after a year on the job you'll learn that was fluff. If your a professional brown noser and like to feed into the rumor mill, this is a great place to work.

Two person Interview, On Line "skills assessment test" more of a personality, Basic comprehension, and math skills test, Why do you want to work for Pepsi, Where do you see yourself in five years, This can be a high pressure demanding position, Describe how you have dealt with that in a past experience, or describe a previous similar situation! Draw a standard Motor controller circuit, How would you align Three pulley on separate shafts, How would you troubleshoot a VFD conveyer system, Still in process but Hopeful, sounds like a great Opportunity, sounds like a good learning Opportunity, people seemed like they would be Good to work for, Knowledgeable, and diligent, Left a strong Implication that there would be routine Overtime, Often and expected, Company comes first situation, Understandable in a Maintenance environment since the equipment must run for anyone to work, and you don't make money or product when the line is down! Implied that there would be future Upgrades, and replacing older equipment, so Much to learn, Long Hours inevitable! Sounds exciting exhilarating and demanding! Pay seemed more than fair, looking forward to call back!

Started an application for Frito lay about a couple months ago and received a call about a month later to set up an interview. Had to fill out some paperwork and had the first of two interviews. Interview was very smooth and comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary. About a week later was emailed to receive second interview with larger and smaller district managers. Again interview was very smooth and comfortable. Set up ride along a week later with a very seasoned guy and he gave me all the ins and outs. Returned to the DC and was given an offer and took my drug test that day. Their drug test isn't the usual urine test. They use hair samples because it is more accurate and can go back about 6 months or so. Start in two weeks.
