Apply online- Sales Representative. Recieve email weeks later for telephone interview. The phone interview summarizes job describtion, pay and your willingless to work like a slave 24/7 for a few bucks an hr. Yes! Ok. 1:1 with hiring manager at branch. Manager was great person, very personable.
Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult task or deadline to meet… how did you achieve it?
It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
