Interview
Two 1:1 interviews back to back with directors in Finance. The first interviewer asked things mainly about my resume experiences and general life activities. There were probably a couple fit/behavioral questions too.
The second interviewer asked a case question about PepsiCo and what the pros and cons of PepsiCo's decision in the case were. Also asked behavioral/fit questions.
Did not get any technical questions at all or any questions about the company (although I think they wanted to hear your knowledge of the company based on your fit answers).

5 entrevistas. Una de ellas fue un panel que duro mas de 2 horas. Me pasaron a proceso de examenes medicos y al final me hiceron ghosting. Falta de profesionalismo. No pierdan su tiempo.
The supervisor had zero interest to conduct interview. She just did it for name sake. She did not listen to anything I said. They have these rounds as formalities I believe.
Interview atmosphere is a bit tense, but the interviewer is very nice, asked some previous work experience, the main question is about why to choose this company and the position of the relevant questions
