Interviewed May 2010 in Valhalla, NY (took a day)
After meeting my boss at a networking event, he wanted to get me interviewed by colleagues. He scheduled me for 4, 1:1 interviews on the dame day with varying levels within the organization (1 intern, 1 analyst level, 1 senior manager, and 1 director). Also, they had very different roles in the organization. I think he was really trying to get diverse perspectives on what I brought to the table.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate. I was offered the "standard" rate for interns. Advice: Do your research about what you are worth so you can negotiate intelligently.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Somers, NY (took 3 weeks)
Very professional interactions with the company, nice people. Treated well during interview process and they were very open about expectations, etc. They seemed more willing to negotiate salary than benefits, which was strange since there is less cost associated with additional vacation, etc. for them than raw salary dollars. Seemed to be a very hardworking culture.

Reason for Declining
Better offer elsewhere. Thoughts that the benefits package was quite weak, especially for health care costs and for vacation days.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Somers, NY (took 4+ weeks)
The entire interview was behavioral. It was basically the same interview over and over, but with different people. All questions are about your resume and different situations.
The on campus interview was 45 minutes about your resume and how you would handle different situations.
The on-site interview consisted of 2 1:1 interviews. There were 4 interview slots in total, so for 2 you interviewed, and the other 2 you sat in a room waiting around.
The HR Recruiter was incredibly unprofessional and would complain that things were not set up correctly and would insult other employees of the company. In addition, the night before, they didn't have me on the interview schedule and I ended up interviewing with another HR person instead of someone in my field. Also, my interviews occurred in the cafeteria, which I thought was very inappropriate.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Two 1:1 interviews back to back with directors in Finance. The first interviewer asked things mainly about my resume experiences and general life activities. There were probably a couple fit/behavioral questions too.
The second interviewer asked a case question about PepsiCo and what the pros and cons of PepsiCo's decision in the case were. Also asked behavioral/fit questions.
Did not get any technical questions at all or any questions about the company (although I think they wanted to hear your knowledge of the company based on your fit answers).

Interviewed May 2011 in Purchase, NY (took a day)
I must say that everyone I met were every nice and pleasant. The interview took 4 hours give or take. It was a series of one on one interviews starting from the VP, Director, Manager, etc. Almost all questions were situational ("tell me about the time when...") questions.
Overall, I had a great experience, however, it took them almost a month to get back to you for the result. The like taking their time.

Interviewed May 2010 in New Rochelle, NY (took a day)
First had a very basic phone interview to ensure interest in the company and detail what I was looking for in terms of a job there.
Then they called me in for a day- Had 3 interviews with different employees of the company, one that included HR. Each interview was a half-hour and all pretty basic. Mostly behavioral questions and a lot of resume picking. Make sure you have good examples for times you worked well with a team, etc. Nothing technical really, aside from making sure I knew Excel.
The people were very nice and treated all of the job applicants with respect, as far as I could see. Company culture seemed laid back, easy-going, and friendly.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Purchase, NY (took a day)
PepsiCo hires around 20 marketing analysts each year, 10 MBAs, and around 10 undergrads (at target schools like Penn, Stern, Yale, Harvard, etc). Interview was 30 minute long with a brand manager. Mostly asked fit questions, and run-through of your resume. Do your homework! Make sure to know about Pepsi's past ad campaigns... they will ask questions such as "What's your favorite TV ad at the Superbowl" This is easy if you've given thought about it (or if you even watch the ads at all).
After 30 minutes, I was offered a second round interview. Then an offer was made.
