Operations Development Program Interview

Operations Development Program

The process took 2 days - interviewed at PepsiCo in November 2011.

Interview Details – I submitted my resume and was selected for an on-campus interview. I interviewed with HR and then a week later I was notified for a 2nd round interview on-site. They provided hotel accommodations and a really nice dinner the night before the on-site interview. The 2nd round interview consisted of a plant tour, 2 group interviews, and one 1:1 interview strictly about a case-study given the night before. Before the 2nd round interview process I was not all that thrilled about Pepsi. After the interview I was really excited about working here.
