I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at PepsiCo.

Interview Details – Was told to apply online after a career fair. I did so and heard back after a few days for a pre-screen interview. After the pre-screen phone call I was invited to interview in person. The in person interview was pretty extensive. It included a tour of the facility and then 3, 2-person panels asking me generic HR questions. At the same time as me there were 2 other candidates interviewing for the same position.

Interview Question – There were no unexpected questions. Most of the questions went along the lines of tell us a time where... and then fill in the blank with various situations.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation phase as it was a pre-set internship position.

Interview Details – Workers were nice, but engineers seemed more rigid than the business and sales representatives. They focus on career fairs and filter interviews through university career organizations for the college they are looking to hire from. On campus interviews are common. Aside from these outlets, PepsiCo does create info sessions for college students actively seeking employment. This is helpful for those committed to the opportunities presented by this company in particular.

Interview Question – Describe a time when a conflict has erupted between you and a colleague, where he/she asked you to do something that went against your better judgement, and how did you handle the situation?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Discuss housing options/deals. Talk about salary before signing on.
