    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at PepsiCo (Winston-Salem, NC) in October 2013.

    Interview

I began the interviewing process through my school's career fair where I talked to the head of Sales for PepsiCo's Warehouse division in the Mid-Atlantic region. From there I applied through my school job source website and was asked for an on-campus interview that consisted of two 30 minute behavioral interviews with 2 executives in each interview. The interviewers were very friendly and encouraging but some of the questions were very difficult.
