Research Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Perceptive Informatics in May 2008.
Interview Details – laid back, interviewers dressed casually.
Software Engineer Interview (Neutral Experience)
Interviewed at Perceptive Informatics
Interview Details – Fixed set of interview questions. Split into technical questions & soft skills. Technical questions asked & small analysis question. Thomas Profile psychometric tests also done. This is done online & discussed during the interview. All interview parts done on the same day - no 2nd interview.
Interview Question – Nothing particularly strange. Thomas profile questions can be a little unsettling. Answer Question
Clinical Project Associate Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at Perceptive Informatics in September 2010.
Interview Details – Interview Room was the size of a closet - made the interviews stuffy and a bit uncomfortable.
The people were nice, and the place seemed very casual.

Project Associate Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Perceptive Informatics in February 2009.
Interview Details – Phone interview followed by 1:1 interviews. Interviewers relaxed and casually dressed. Asked a lot of the same questions but were quite friendly. Gave the impression that it was a great place to work but things have changed since they were taken over.
Interview Question – You are over-qualified for the job. Are you sure you won't be bored? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Negotiate a higher salary because once you are in it is very hard to get an increase.
CPM Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Perceptive Informatics in December 2009.
Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter. The interview process was with different employees within the company one-on-one. They pretty much asked the same questions just in a different way.
