Interview Room was the size of a closet - made the interviews stuffy and a bit uncomfortable.
The people were nice, and the place seemed very casual.

Phone interview followed by 1:1 interviews. Interviewers relaxed and casually dressed. Asked a lot of the same questions but were quite friendly. Gave the impression that it was a great place to work but things have changed since they were taken over.

Negotiate a higher salary because once you are in it is very hard to get an increase.
