Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Feb 2009 – Reviewed Sep 2, 2010
Interview Details – Phone interview followed by 1:1 interviews. Interviewers relaxed and casually dressed. Asked a lot of the same questions but were quite friendly. Gave the impression that it was a great place to work but things have changed since they were taken over.
Interview Question – You are over-qualified for the job. Are you sure you won't be bored? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Negotiate a higher salary because once you are in it is very hard to get an increase.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days.
