Interviewed Oct 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 6 months)
First spoke with the department head over the phone. There was no position available for my experience level but they were interested in future possibilities. I offered to stop by for a visit on my next trip and had two following meetings (separate trips, neither on their dime). My last meeting seemed promising in terms of leaning towards an offer, as I was introduced to various team members and given a tour. I never followed up to see if a position was ever made to fit my qualifications and assumed they went in a different direction.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The interview was not exciting and they did not utilize their time well to get know the candidate's information. And some of them did not pay much attention in it.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 2 days)
Had a phone interview, then flew down to interview at the office. Had two interviews with several people in the office and a tour of the office. Overall, straightforward questions were asked and people were enthusiastic and easy to get along with.
