After 9 weeks of interviewing for a marketing position, I was not offered the job. They are very slow in the process and don't think about it twice in cancelling an interview the nite before and rescheduling it 14 days later. This was a waste of time. They werent even offering a competitive salary.

Process was quick, however I expected that interview would be much harder. However, I understand Pernod Ricard USA, software developer jobs do not belong to their "core" type of jobs and "rock-star" developer/manager cannot be on the other end.
I have to say that they are trying hard to improve interviewing process, because they experienced what happens when gates are open to "everyone".

Negotiation Details
Not much negotiation, simply had to fit the budgeted amount. That is policy of Pernod Ricard USA for non-core jobs (software developer).
