The interview took place back in 2007 - met with two Vice Presidents for a lunch interview where they asked me about my prior experience, prefering to hear specific examples. Then met with the Senior Partner who asked about my experience as well as a lot of behavioral questions. He also asked about my personal background - family questions, etc.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
