I applied through an employee referral and the process took 7 weeks - interviewed at Persistent in April 2011.
Interview Details – Got in via employee referral. There were three rounds of interview. Technical, Manager(telephonic), HR.
Technical was bit long with basic questions. No twisters.
Manager round was a small one.
HR has a general discussions about the career aspiration. Did not bargain much on salary. Just asked the expected salary and told would get back with an offer.
Negotiation Details – Yes there was a bit on negotiation. Gave flexibility of joining date.
I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Persistent in February 2008.
Interview Details – Interview process was really good.
Reason for Declining – HR response was really pathetic. Wanted to speak to someone about the offer , but no one from the company responded.
If the HR response is like this even before joining the company then what will the company give to the employees. So did not join.
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Persistent in February 2009.
Interview Details – the profile needed for the job opening had no match with the questions asked for the interview.. visibility of the work or profile was only provided after clearing the tech. rounds which was not satisfactory
Reason for Declining – profiel mismatch
