Very outdated interview process. HR is clueless about specific skills. HR read directly from a standard type form of questions. HR gives out IQ tests to qualify candidates instead of looking at skills and experience. Department manager incompetent and also does not have skills to ask the right questions. Some people promoted from within totally lacked skills and very insecure.
