Interviewed Jan 2012 in Aberdeen, Scotland (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Phone interview initially consisted of competency based questions, leadership etc.
Assesment day was split in to four areas- team building, tour, presentation/ panel interview and psychometric testing.
Team building is the typical kind of excercise where they make you do something ridiculous and assess you based upon it.
tour is a tour of the building.
presentation and panel interview is easy, where you present a given topic and answer questions based on it, and again more competency based questions, some basic technical also.
Psychometric testing is easy also.
These people are completely out of touch with reality, so act fake and you should do well. Your peers will certainly be doing so- there were some real tossers.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and an IQ/Intelligence Test.

The IQ test consisted of 7 sections. It was a psychometric test that lasted for one and a half hours. It was followed by a break then a technical test that consisted of multiple choice questions, it was basic. The overall experience was positive and the staff responsible was very supportive and welcoming.

After passing the phone interview with HR and Fuctional lead, I was flown to the UAE for a day of interviews. Spoke to 4 different levels of HR people, then met with two functional heads in Contracts. Great interviews and seemed to be a perfect fit where I could hit the ground running.
It was a very exhausting day of interviews meeting so many people all in one day.

Reason for Declining
10 days after the site interview, the job offer came in over 60% below what I told them I wanted to make before agreeing to the onsite interview. I just can't figure out where the disconect was...why did they waste the time and money to interview me?

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
