Interviewed Aug 2011 in Saint Rose, LA (took 2 months)

Interviewed with the HR Manager. He presented the company and the position. Was open about the former employee who no longer worked for the position. He seemed to be frank about what the job entailed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes in which time I was able to ask questions.
Biggest negative was that he said process would involve a 2nd interview with another leader and that all candidates would be notified of final outcome. That the process would take another week. After waiting three weeks with no word from him, I emailed asking him to tell me that the job had been filled. He emailed back to say I was still a candidate and the process would take another 2 weeks. He never did tell me the rate of pay range. .....I am still waiting as it has now been a month since the interview.
