Invited for phone interview via email. Following phone interview a F2F meeting was confirmed by HR after approximately 1.5 weeks. Teleconference F2F interviews with two groups of two people (senior managers and VP). Still waiting to hear back - told to follow up with HR for next steps of the process.

Horrible experience, 2 territory managers interviewed me, were extremely condescending and very inappropriate for an interview. More appropriate for a bar atmosphere. Left me with a horrible impression of the entire company. Will never apply for a position there in the future.

first i got call from HR to talk about education, experience, etc. Just 30 minutes. Just one minute for me to ask any question. One week later, HR sent a mail to confirm face-face interview.
Interviewed by 4 people(directors, one maybe is VP) from marketing and market analytics. very tough question, how you can manager 1 billion product? innovative thinking in Pharma marketing...

The staffing agency informed me of the position and submitted my resume. Once my resume was accepted, I was informed of the interview date. The interview was straightforward, with two managers asking behavioral questions. The questions were typical interview questions, and it was all over in half an hour. They informed of their decision within a week.

after online application phone interview with two managers. Very precise questions about described job and typical STAR questions, friendly, informal atmosphere, 45 min. 1 week later invitation to face-to face interview with aptitude test, 20 min. presentation and panel interview. good atmosphere, questions about expertise, STAR questions, "do you remember a situation, when..." , everything perfectly organized, hotel and dinner organized by Pfizer. Topic for presentation could be chosen according to expertise. No second longer than 20 min.! 10 min questioning afterwards.

After the initial phone interview, I did not hear from Pfizer for about 2.5 months. Then, out of the blue, they called and wanted a face to face panel interview the following week. I had no choice but to fly to Denver for a day and sit in front of a panel of 5 and answer questions for 2 hours. After that was done, I did not hear from them for another month and a half--nothing. Finally, I pressed them for an answer and a letter came in the mail a couple days later.
