Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2010 – Reviewed Mar 28, 2011

Interview Details – I was asked by some staffing agency if i would be interested in a consulting position in bangalore with Pharmarc and should they forward my resume posted on Naukri. After a few days i received a call from the HR of Pharmarc asking if i was interested and if so they would arrange for a telephonic first round. The date and time were fixed to my convenience and the interview lasted for an hour. Two days later i got confirmation of clearance and was asked to come to Bangalore for next round of interviews. The time and date was fixed and i was sent the air tickets for travel from Mumbai to Bangalore. A day full of interviews was scheduled and the schedule was given to me in advance. All the interviews took place as planned and by the end of the day i was told that the confirmation would come in a day or two. Two days later i received a offer letter from the company After a round of negotiation, the final confirmation was offered in further two days. Overall the whole process was done in 7 working days
