After applying for this position online I received a phone call to come in for a 1:1 interview. I met with a very nice woman who asked me basic questions about my customer service background and last employment. We went over my resume and I gave her my references. When it came to discussing availability, I was available to work anytime at all except Friday night and Sarurday until 3pm due to classes I was taking. Unfortunately those were key times they needed someone, so the application process ended there. Still, a very comfortable interviewing experience.
