The selection process is very complex. There are great opportunities: Employment through an agency (selection), ad the employer to the vacancies or the most common recommendations (link). People in the company are very conceited and should stay away from them. Can only be successful that is. progress if the people who decide to go for a drink after work. Selection process: sending resumes, agencies decide whom to invite, and up to three or four interviews in the company. Working in central GTC is very sterile, while in other depots a disaster. Only the central depot Altina (Belgrade) always have all that is needed (cups, water, coffee, hot chocolate, toilet paper, napkins, ...), while in other depots are going to disappear and basic hygiene items. Work culture is so difficult to fit in where and how people like who.
