Started with 2 phone interviews by HR folks not fam iliar with my skill set. This was frustrating. They were very knowledgeable of Philips culture and benefit so that was valuable.
Then there were 2 rounds of 1:1 interviews, with 3 specific and different members in the field and later in related fields. In the end I met 6 folks, half of whom I would not be working with. Not sure what was the point. Then there was an all day test at an offsite location.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

After dropping my CV to Philips, I was called after 2 weeks and informed that an email invite for 2 assessment tests will be sent to me and if I clear them, I will be invited to the next round of selection, which is an interview.
After I cleared both the tests, I was invited for a 1:1 interview first with the HR manager and then with the Finance Director.

I was in the process of the management traineeship recruiting procedure. After CV filtering, I have passed the first round of IQtest (SHL test mainly numerical and logic reasoning, you can practice online). Afterwards was the interview with the HR. Questions like give a situation where you can persuade other people, give an example that you can handle conflict are expected. Please do prepare with an STAR approach. Eventually the HR reached me for reference inquiry- I was doing an internship there, to offer me the next round of interview.

However, they assign me to the Philips Lighting department. B2B is not my passion so I declined the offer. Right now I felt a bit regret for this bold decision..

I was given some white paper and asked to develop an application like notepad. Was given an hour to do so. Then he checked the program, said that the program would not compile and that the interview was over!
Still wondering if these people haven't yet heard of IDEs
