Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Very intelligent people working there. Interviewed with several different employees over the course of the morning. They beyond my skills on my resume they just wanted to see how well I interacted with others. Very relaxed setting, only difficulty was waiting for Philips' corporate offices to process paperwork

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
Only typical questions, which last for 10 mints. Can you work in the US? What makes you choose Philips? What's your current experiences? What's your career goal? Do you have to relocate? HR speaks really fast, it seems he want to finish the interview earlier. It's Friday afternoon. In the end of interview he said he will consider any other positions available for me. But no email...even no rejection

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Many rounds of interviews from the principal engineer to the vice president of the company. Culture of the people is that they dress casually. Technology wise, it is still a pretty simple process so no need to read so much on the process. The official website has more than enough information.
