Interviewed Oct 2010 in Costa Mesa, CA (took 4 weeks)
Initial phone interview. Then met with the regional manager. Had a second interview with regional manager and his boss. I was able to learn a lot about the company because I knew someone who was a "rising star" in the company, so this helped tremendously. There is much upward mobility in this company, and in retrospect, I might have taken the position because of the technical training provided. They look for flexible people who do not have family commitments and are able to travel 50-75% of the time. The company people I met are very dedicated and it appears co-workers become your social circle.

Reason for Declining

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
It was an on-campus interview for which I was told was to last only 15 minutes. Because of the length of interview time and because I was only given a 1 day notice of being selected for an interview, I figured it was a screening interview and did not expect many technical question so needless to say, I was unprepared.
The interview ended up lasting about 25-30 minutes and I was interviewed by 2 people. One was behavioral and the other was technical.
Here are the technical questions I remember being asked:
1) Describe to me the pathway of the heart starting from the inferior vena cava
2) Causes of arrhythmia
3) Image metric you used to quantify image
4) Disadvantages of using image subtraction to quantify images
I was asked a couple more question and did really badly on the interview so I will not be expecting a call from.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
I have a 6+ years of experience in C# .net and have attended a lot of interviews but hadn't seen any crappier than this.
I was asked to attend the interview on a saturday, had to travel around 50 Kms from city and wait for 2 hours hence walked away. They called me again on monday, travelled the distance.
The interviewer whose name i dont want mention here, thinks that by instantiating a value type Garbage collector is kicked. Asked around 4 basic questions about .Net and then asked me to leave.
I am yet to know why he didn't like my answers

The interview process was tedious and mind numbing. The hiring manager was inept, overly aggressive and sounded incompetent about the Philips products.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Bothell, WA (took 2+ weeks)
The recruiter managing my interviews and scheduling was very difficult to work with. At one point, I was traveling internationally for work and she left me a message to schedule the next set of interviews. Before I had the opportunity to return her phone call, she has responded with several rude messages pushing me to call back. After listening to her rude, unprofessional messages, I decided not to continue the interviewing process. In my mind, the recruiter represents the company's culture--if the culture is anything like the recruiter, not the best place to work.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Reedsville, PA (took a day)
Initial phone screening by HR in Washington State. Second phone interview by hiring manager. Final in person interviews on site. On site interview 4+ hours. All questions on site where behaviorial interview questions. Very tiring and questionable on true idea of capabilities. Focused more on psyche of person and reaction to various situations, both at work and in out of work situations.

First you speak with Philips HR recruiter who asks you basic questions to see if your interested in the position. Then a day after you speak with the Sr. Network Engineer who asks you some technical questions to see if your a good fit.
After you pass the phone interview you go in person and speak with the manager who also asks you technical questions along with some personal questions.
Tech Questions:

How do you setup OSFP
How do you telnet into a device in Cisco IOS
Then you speak with the Sr. Engineer again, he puts you through a lot of simulation technical questions such as setting up EIGRP or OSPF. Also stuff about ACLs
