Walk-in, Wasn't aware it was a walk-in went and found that there were just too many people for the walk-in about 350 of them. Then I Attened the written test followed by two rounds of technical interviews. Both rounds went off well. but they wanted to conduct a third round and the follow up did not happen

After three different phone screenings, flew me across the Pacific Ocean to interview me during the holiday season. The interview took all day..met with dept heads, division heads, technical people, other product managers..it was grueling..

From my POV, I just didn't click with my direct supervisor. She seemed to be very set to her own way of doing things and not open to new ideas.

They picked up questions from the system randomly, most of the questions are behavior questions, like what do you do when you have conflict with your teammate during the work. Some background check questions like describe the most difficult problem you have had during work. General questions, better to be prepared

it was a one on one interview, the interviewer had visited my school and i had my interview there. they told me that if i was selected i will be called for a onsite interview. I am still waiting for their reply.
it was a purely technical interview.

Because there was already a screening by the staffing agency the process was not too long.
Talking with the department's director was the only remaining step. Because they needed someone rapidly I simply started the next day.

If you don't already have a contact within the company it can be difficult to impossible to find out what is happing with your application. Usually you have to interview with several people and a lot of the times jobs seem to be really "reserved for friends" of someone either in the department or the company. Follow-up after inteview can be poor. If you don't get the job you applied for they won't call you in a timely manner if they even call you at all.
