The process took 5 days - interviewed at Phillips-Van Heusen in February 2012.
Interview Details –
The interview consisted of a meeting with the HR Manager, who was also a key stakeholder. She asked some basic questions, but spent a majority of the time describing the company, structure, and why the position opened up (due to an internal employee issue) She then brought in the HR VP who seemed nice and began speaking about ice hockey. He said that he cares alot about his people beyond work and that he values work/life balance and does not work past 5pm. The interview lasted 2 hours and there was another candidate in the waiting room.
I sent a thank you email and was notified that I was not selected for the next round. When I requested feedback on the interview, the HR lady wrote back..."please do not contact us any further", which seemed abrasive.
