Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 6 weeks)
It was pretty straight forward all of the steps to make it to the next phase of the process. Phone screening, on line test. Then a one on one interview. I find this step is to see your appearnce, how you handle yourself. At this point they will either do the background check to see if they want to proceed in the process. Then I had a round table interview. A week later a tentative offer was made based on the drug screen. I waited the pro and cons and remained in my current position.

Reason for Declining
Really it was a smaller retailer, and I felt I would get board after doing visual merchandising. I am really my own boss, have a lot of autonomy.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
