Very Difficult Interview
I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Interview Details – Applied from their website, HR called and scheduled a phone interview - asked detailed questions about my background, work history. Called in for an interview at the Foundation, met with two staff members and asked detailed questions. Senior Hiring Manager then met with me separately and asked questions
Interview Question – Very detailed and technical questions about hospital fundraising and the medical field. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – HR called and discussed salary, bonuses and benefits, very generous on the surface, not the same when seen in writing.
