What are your strengths and weaknesses. In person interview Why would you be a good fit for the flow team? Name a time you failed and what was done to fix that. If a customer is looking for a shoe but the size is not available. What do you do? If something rings in 19.99 but the customer says the sign says 16.99, what would you do?

Shoe size-First apologize. Then tell the customer you will call another store to see if they have the correct size. If not, you can check online to see if it is sold online. Finally, apologize again for the inconvenience.

Wrong price-this answer is in the video you are shown. Take the customers word and immediately change to the price the customer says because the price difference is small.
