Interviewed Oct 2010 in San Diego, CA (took 4 days)
When applying at PhotoBin try to be upbeat and have a very positive attitude. Check out the website beforehand and try not to interrupt. Have a few questions about the company or about the specific position ready. Be on time! It's a little hard to find the office the first time so try to get there early.
I applied for a Sales and Marketing admin job. The process took 4 days. The first day was a group interview with other candidates. The sales manager conducted the group interview. He told us about the company and what sort of job they were hiring for. He then did short 1 on 1 interviews with each person. Some people were shown around the building.
The second day I was called back for a second interview with the marketing manager. He asked regular interview stuff and looked over my resume.
The third day was an interview with the CEO. Almost everyone who is being seriously considered for a job will meet with the CEO. He wants to make sure new employees fit in with the office culture.
The fourth meeting was with the sales and marketing managers where they offered me the position.
Negotiation Details
They told me the range they were offering and I told them that I had been paid more at my previous job. They told me that a ton of people were looking for jobs and would be ok being paid a lower price. They eventually raised the offer to what I had been paid at my previous job.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
