Interviewed Jan 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I was told by a friend who works for Physio that a job was available in my specified location. I sent an email to the appropriate recruiter. I rec'd a phone call and was told to complete an online application. I was then contacted by the regional vp and did a brief interview with her (not sure what the point of that was) I was then contacted by the local clinic director and an appt was set up for an interview. The director was punctual and very informative, unfortunately she has "drank the Kool Aid" and thinks the salary/bonus structure is fair. But she is an excellent clinician, just very naive.

Negotiation Details
There is no negotiation process. I asked for a salary that was commensurate with my 20 years of experience and I was told "We don't pay staff PTs that much no matter how much experience you have." I took the job any way as I needed to live in a specific location for a specific period of time. As soon as that time period was up, I turned in my notice.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 months)
It wasn't well organized. My offer letter wasn't received in final form until after my first day of work.

I should have asked for more money as the hours are much longer than I understood them to be.
