Had multiple Interviews with both technical and sales folks at high level. Received very positive feedback, and was told to respond to recruiter for "next steps." Then they "went dark." Recruiter would return neither emails nor phone messages.
IMO, this is rude. If you waste > 3 hours of a prospect's time, you owe them at least an explanation as to why you were not selected.
