Hiring process took forever. It seemed like they just wanted to know if I had somewhat of an idea of what I was doing.

was not availible to negotiate, I think they probably can negotiate a little, but since it cuts into their bonus, they fight pretty hard

The process is company policy allready in place when switching from one position to another.All questions are based on experience and knowledge of job appling for.do not apply for a position you do not have the experience for as this can cause very bad work eviorment on the floor.A manager must remember that in order to get respect from employee's he or she is managing he or she must give first.
