It was the easiest interview I ever had in my life. They didn't require a face to face only a phone interview and I was hired almost on the spot.
Negotiation Details
I didn't have to negotiate for anything. The hourly rate I requested was offered and I worked from home as a contractor.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
