Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 1 week)
I submitted an online application and filled out the online questionnaire. About 2 or 3 days later I received a phone call from the regional recruiter to schedule an interview for the following day. I met with the area manager for roughly 30 minutes in a casual interview. We discussed my experiance and he followed the common interview agenda. The next day I received a call from the same recruiter to schedule a phone interview with the account manager. This interview was a lot more specific in relation to the job duties I would be performing. The account manager had first hand knowledge of the requirements and expectations of the position. He asked specific questions about my work history and described the functions in more detail. I had the phone interview 7 days from the date I submitted my application and later that day I recieved a phone call from the recruiter with a verbal offer. She proceeded to ship me overnight the offer letter to make it official.
