Pizza Hut Delivery Driver Interview

Posted Aug 6, 2012 1 of 1 people found this helpful

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Westminster, CO Dec 2011 – Reviewed Aug 6, 2012

Interview Details – It was a very straight forward process. After a week they called to set up the first interview. A few days later they called for a second. And about a week or so later they offered me the position.
The first interview was with the lowest level supervisor and consisted of generic fast food interview questions (i.e. what would you do in THIS situation, How would you react to THIS, Tell me about a time when you had to deal with THIS.)
The second interview was much the same, but the store manager was the interviewer. The questions were the same type as before, along with some to gauge personality to see if i was a fit for the rest of the team.

Interview Question – None were too frightening, (which is saying something, I freeze up on the simplest ones) but one that stood out was when I was asked to give an example of when I solved a customer's problem. Other than that, they were all very easy.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was really nothing to negotiate. Pay was minimum wage no matter what, and the only available shift was the night shift.
But I would say you should ask what to expect in terms of payment, and what shifts are available.

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
