I was interviewed first by the stores General Manager. This took about 2 hours. I filled out and online application and took math test questions and personality questions. The General Manager then set me up with an interview with the District Manager and this took about a half an hour. I was then advised about 2 days later that I got the job and started 2 weeks after.

filed out application recieved interview on spot. I was asked standards interview qestions. It only lasted bout 30 mins after completing was offered the job. When i found out how much the salary would be i turned it down. it was a pure joke how much they wanted to pay me!!!!!

I called to question about the position, the manager asked a few basic questions, I questioned the applicaion process and requested to meet with him. We arranged a time, i filled out the application on line, he reviewed my testing before our meeting/interview. The interview was very casual, i was asked about my experience, and we discussed sales and my ability to encourage others. Within a couple hours prior to the interview he was calling to set up an interview with the district manager.
