Me and a peer had an issue of him coming in late almost everyday causing me to have to stay late which cause the team manager to call me in to explain why I was staying late and I told him and the peer became angry with me and confronted me about it and I explained to him if he would be on time I would not be called into the managers office. The manager called him in and he has not been late since.
