Very chaotic and unprofessional.
No prior information given about the interview.
Consisted of seven back to back interviews, lasting 6 hours, with 9 different people, all asking you the same things over and over.
Interview expenses were not paid despite agreement to and submission of receipts (twice).
I could not wait to get out of there.

Organization was very poor. They took three weeks to arrange a phone interview, and a further three weeks to tell me they were not going to 1:1 interview.
Interviewer was late to the interview. He asked high level technical questions - How would you manage a technical team, what disadvantages do you see with using custom PHP libraries etc.

i had a good experience with the intervew. the interviewers were pleasant and knowledable. they really sold the company to me and made me feel that i would be part of a team and could contribute something to the company. they answered all the questions i had and were able to find out anything they didn't know.
