I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Point-Blank International in May 2012.
Interview Details –
First, I received a phone call from one of the two owners. This was the kind of entrance level interview. Who are you and why are you interested and a few things about the company.
Second was an assessment center with 4 people including me. They took care of us very well and was a very interesting assessment center with pretty interesting tasks. We had the chance to introduce ourselves individually, then we got 2 brainteaser questions that we had to answer individually, followed by a lunch break. After that break we went on and had to work on a group task before we had to present a short presentation. The presentation was a task assessed individually again and we had about an hour to prepare for that.
After the assessment center I was invited to have a last short introduction with the second owner and that was the whole process.
Interview Question – Assessment task: "How would you solve this problem?" (We were given a real life task that we were supposed to solve as a group and with no one of us having any real background in this area it was really difficult to point out the right questions that would get us where we had to go) View Answer
